Proxy Entry Info

You may enter the Mid America Derby Event via a Proxy Entry (shipping your cars to the race) by following these instructions:

#1 - Register - Complete your online Registration

#2 - Ship your Car(s)

Include:

• Proxy Information Form

  • On a piece of paper include the following for each car

    • Name of Racer

    • Division

    • Car Name

• Shipping Label Form and return shipping fees

  • UPS Prepaid shipping label preferred or check payable to: Greg Dawes

  • Shipping from Omaha to your Address

• Any special instructions for your car

Cars must be received at the above address on or before Thursday May 5th. Any cars received after this date will not be received in time to race. Plan accordingly.

After the race, your car and any awards will be shipped back to you. No extra fees will be charged if you forget or don’t include enough money for the return, but your car won’t be shipped back until the balance is paid.
